This was the second No. L91, and was acquired as BR No. 5757 in December 1960. The original No. L91, ex No.5752 was the first ‘57xx’ sold to London Transport, in February 1957, and the first to be withdrawn, in November 1960. The second engine had just entered its final year in service, when pictured at Kensington Olympia on 17th January 1967, and would be condemned at the end of the year
