At Frome MPD, Somerset, on Sunday, 11th May 1958, ex-Great Western Railway Collett '57xx' class 0-6-0 Pannier Tanks Nos. 9615 and 3614 were present. No. 9615 was built at Swindon in September 1945, while No. 3614 was built at Swindon in March 1939. Frome MPD operated from March 1854 to September 1963 as a sub-shed to Westbury (82D). It was withdrawn from service in July 1965, No. 9615 was followed by No. 3614, which was withdrawn in March 1962. In the background are the 'Maltings,' built in 1850 for Lamb Breweries.
