Locally allocated No. 7923 'Speke Hall' was built 9/50 and withdrawn 6/65, being one of the last 10 of the Class to be built. On the adjacent track, again at its home depot is 6133. The Depot was closed to steam on 3/1/66 but used as a Diesel depot for another 10 years, thereafter becoming the Southall Railway Centre - for preserved locomotives and stock.
