It appears to be coupled to a ROD tender, but I suspect they are not coupled - no Halls ever ran with one in service.
At Gloucester Horton Road, where it was stored between June & October 1964. It was scrapped at Birds Morriston in November 1964 and was noted en-route still with this tender.
