LMS Royal Scot 4-6-0 No 6115 Scots Guardsman with what was recorded as the down 'Mid-day Scot' near Hay Fell in 1935. However this looks like an up train at Hayfell, and more likely to be a morning departure - possibly the Glasgow-Birmingham, or whatever service conveyed the through GWR coaches before the war.
