2112 1953 Slough
In an unusual setting for a shed scene, Dean 2021 Class No 2112 stands at Slough in circa 1953 along with other more modern tank engines. BR inherited 110 of these Dean engines, all of them built as saddletanks and rebuilt by GWR as pannier tanks. Most were scrapped in the early 1950s with No 2112 surviving until September 1954. It spent all of its BR existence at Slough.
