'Dead in Train' presumably the coupling rods are in the following wagon. The sending shed have included the fire irons with the engine so they cannot have been short, note that the handrail has come out of its stanchion. It was withdrawn in May 1951 off Birkenhead Mollington Street shed. See mogul 5390 for the complete train.
