FR 81 1900s where- is it Lakeside?

Not 100% on the location but it is likely to be Lakeside This is about the turn of the century as the loco is still in the old livery and was reboilered in 1900, while the numberplate has been relocated to the cab so this wouldn't be the early 1890s or prior.
The four semi-visible coaches in the background are close-coupled Metropolitan Carriage & Wagon Co products from around 1870 and the far right one at least has some white to its livery which suggests the dark is ultramarine, while the far left is still in the previous brown application.
