LMS 7F 0-8-0 No 95xx on a down goods leaving Crewe in the 1930s. At least one of the hoppered Loco Coal wagons in the background is still in LNWR livery suggesting this is the early 1930s or even 1929 - no less than 100 'Austin 7s' being put into traffic that year.
