Rpbert Waterman says "Given loco 926, one of the ten allocated to Fratton from 1935 to 1937, the headcode, also used for Waterloo - Portsmouth Harbour via Woking and Guildford, plus what appears to be ex LSWR stock, I'd venture somewhere on the Portsmouth Direct line although slightly earlier than 1937 due no sign of any electrification work".
