30924 is allocated to 74C Dover Marine so the date is 1951-2, it is heading for Canterbury 'B' Junction Signal Box on the new spur line and then Canterbury West station. This is the spur from the ex LCDR line to the ex SER line that existed from 1915 to 1924 and 1941 to 1951 - which was reinstated February - May 1953 to bypass flood damage between Herne Bay and Whitstable.
