Waiting to leave the bay platform at Brading with a Bembridge branch train in 1949, No W14 Fishbourne’ gleams in ex-works condition. This branch line closed to all traffic on 21st September 1953 and is now used as a cycle way.
Built in 1890 at Nine Elms Works, ‘Fishbourne’ served for 76 years before being withdrawn in January 1967.
