The loco is E3149. It was on display with a rake of new Mk2 coaches at the end of May & early June 1966.

Several photos exist with pantograph up & down and with route indicator showing four dots, 1J & 1K headcode, all with the red tail light so people were playing with it - let's hope it was all supervised!.
