E3134 1970s Camden Bank
With EMU 070 David J Hayes says This is a pre-1976 image (circa 1972-1974) and train 1A35 to Euston at this time was possibly a service that had originated from the North West and travelled via the Trent Valley section of the WCML between Stafford and Rugby to reach London. The two AM10/Class 310 four car EMU units, however, are working 2A03, which was the 11:18 SuX Birmingham New Street (BNS) to Euston, which would've no doubt called at numerous stations whilst en-route to London (it was shown as calling at all stations between Brum and Rugby). Interestingly, as of May 1974, the 2A03 EMU service was replaced and up-graded to loco-hauled express status, running as 1A35, the 11:18 SuX from BNS to Euston.
