Looks like 7608x. I don't think this is 76031 as the tender was different a month laterbr/ Bob Waterman confirms quot; span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:quot;verdanaquot;,sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family:quot;times new romanquot;;mso-bidi-font-family:arial; color:#555555;mso-ansi-language:en-gb;mso-fareast-language:en-gb;mso-bidi-language: ar-sa"Definitely not 76031 which was fitted with a BR2 tender and did not have a fall plate between engine and tender. The later 76053 - 69 batch on the Southern did and originally ran with BR1Bs but at least one and possibly more did acquire BR1Fs at the end of steam following withdrawals in order to keep locos running, at minimum expenditure. The BR1Fs on the Southern were originally attached to 73110 - 73119/spanspan style="font-size:9.0pt; font-family:quot;arialquot;,sans-serif;mso-fareast-font-family:quot;times new romanquot;; color:#555555;mso-ansi-language:en-gb;mso-fareast-language:en-gb;mso-bidi-language: ar-sa" /span quot;
