The sidings at Methil Docks were very extensive and inhabited by NCB, WPR and BR locomotives. Here NCB No 18, a genuine Hunslet (HE 3809/1954) gets a long rake of NCB wagons on the move with a great exhaust display. This locomotive was in green livery and red painted coupling rods. It had been fitted with a Giesl ejector. Sold to Thomas Muir scrap merchant in June 1972.
