Restored MR 4P Compound 4-4-0 No 1000 piloting 45548 with an excursion from Stoke Golding at Blackpool North on 30 September 1961. MR 1000 was added at Derby for the outward leg, it left at midnight piloting 60022 Mallard on a 'Northern Rubber' return excursion.
