A late afternoon Sunday diverted express approaches Redmarshall East on the ancient (1833-53) route of the Clarence Railway in April 1960. In charge, is No 60084 ‘Trigo’ of Leeds (Neville Hill). This northbound train regained the ECML at Ferryhill.
