One of only three Johnson 2-4-0s to enter BR service, No 20155 at Nottingham in 1948. They were allocated numbers 58020-22 but none were carried. The oldest of the trio, No 20155 built April 1876 as MR 96, and 155 from 1907, was reboilered in 1927. It carries a Deeley rather than a Johnson chimney but is otherwise largely in as-built appearance and was the final survivor when withdrawn in October 1950.
