One of Swindon's own engines stored and bagged up with its shed plate removed (a sure sign it was surplus). The writing on the battery box below the cab says 'ATC Btys Taken Out'. It would work again, re-allocated to Horton Road in February 1960 it would serve there until mid January 1961
