Ex-LNER Gresley 'J38' class 0-6-0s Nos. 65903 and 65921. Built at Darlington in January 1926 (65903) and March 1926 (65921) as LNER Nos. 1404 and 1424. Both were withdrawn in November 1966. The small and rather cramped 1865 built sub-shed of Dunfermline (62C) at Alloa in Clackmannanshire seen here in April 1965, is a worthy subject for a modeller. Set to the east of the town alongside the former NBR's Stirling to Dunfermline route. This view looks down from the railway bridge that connects the town with its harbour on the River Forth.
