BR Standard 5MT No.73004 is dwarfed by the Saltley Gas Works gas holders. No.73004 has a BR 1 tender with inset coal space. The 10in cab numbers, rather than the standard 8in size which it had when new, arose from a Heavy General repair at Cowlairs Works in September/October 1961.
