GBRf Class 99 bi-mode No. 99001 was working the 4L68 13.15 Birch Coppice to London Gateway inter-mode as it passes through Sutton Park on Thursday 13th August 2026 after travelling down the ex-MR as far as Water Orton and then taking the Sutton Park line to Bescot. It then went through Witton to avoid central Birmingham before reaching Stechford where it changed from diesel to electric power for the journey towards London. It reverted to diesel power at Tilbury for the final few miles of the journey.
