Ex-Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway Aspinall '21' class 0-4-0 Saddletank No. 51221. Built at Horwich in November 1901 as LYR No.155 and withdrawn in January 1960.
Seemingly allocated its own 'parking spot' 51221 rests by the water tower come coaling plant in the former LNWR shed yard at Bangor.
