GWR Castle 4-6-0 No 5003 LuIworth Castle with a relief from Torquay (603) passing Iver station on 6 July 1957.
Peter Kerslake says Reporting Number 603 might well indicate a working from Plymouth as those from the Torbay line usually began with a '5'. Built at Swindon in May 1927 5003 went new to Old Oak Common, then Exeter, Taunton, Laira, Carmarthen and Canton before ending its days at Newton Abbot in August 1962, the last of the class allocated there.
