Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway Hughes ‘Dreadnought’ class 4-6-0 No. 10456 at Carlisle Upperby MPD in 1934. Built at Horwich in July 1924. The only one of the class of 55 to be rebuilt as a compound in July 1926 which it retained until the end. Withdrawn in March 1936.
