LNER Gresley ‘A1’ class 4-6-2 No. 2568 ‘Sceptre’ at York Station on Friday 20th October 1939. Built by NBL of Glasgow in September 1924; rebuilt from class ‘A1’ to class ‘A3’ in May 1942. Withdrawn in October 1962 as BR No. 60069.
