SR E1R 0-6-2T No 32135 prepares to bank an SR express up to Exeter Central from St.Davids station on August 14, 1952. It is in early BR livery with Bulleid sunshine lettering.

Peter Kerslake adds "This is 'Red Cow Crossing', at the eastern end of Exeter St. Davids and 32135 is ready to bank a passenger working up the one in thirty seven climb to Central, just over half a mile ahead".
