A Metropolitan-Cammell two-car diesel multiple unit on a Leamington Spa working in 1962 just after the new Coventry station opened on 30th April. The clean lines of the new buildings would not be spoilt for a few years until the overhead wires of the London Midland electrification were extended through the West Midlands in 1966/7.
