The former Manchester, Sheffield and Lincolnshire Railway had some out of the way territory as Wrexham's Rhosddu MPD in Denbighshire confirms! Inherited by the great Central Railway, it's therefore no surprise to find a Beyer, Peacock built ex-GCR Robinson 'C14' 67442 on shed. Its side tank appears to have a degree of 'bodgery' in the patching up! This photograph was taken in August 1955.
