Clearly with an 88B Radyr shed plate, however it was never allocated there. It had been off Swindon shed, moving to Worcester on 20th July 1964. Presumably Radyr had no need for it so the transfer was cancelled and backdated to Worcester?

Peter Kerslake says "Destined to be the sole survivor of the seventy "6100's" 6106 is still with us today safely preserved by the Great Western Society at Didcot.
Built in 1931, the initial year of construction of the class, 6106 and its sisters were designed to serve the London area suburban passenger services which required a poweful design capable of handling the numerous stops and restart which such rosters involved, the class being an improved version of their earlier counterparts and apart from a total of ten housed at Newport, Tyseley and Bristol Bath Road the remaining sixty were all based in and around the Capital, the most being found at Slough with Old Oak running a close second with fifteen."
