‘5101’ 2-6-2T No.4171 from Leamington shed departs from Knowle & Dorridge displaying a light engine headlamp instead of the correct local passenger train lamp which should have been at the top of the bunker back. The local is leaving from the Up Relief platform while on the right of the island is the Down Main platform. The main station building was out of picture to the right of the Up Main platform.
