S&DJR No 68 built at Derby in 1921 was one of the five standard MR 7ft Class 2 4-4-0s supplied to the line in 1914/21 is seen at Bath Green Park shed when still quite new. Note the bgie brakes fitted and the splash deflector plates to protect the bearings when piloted over water troughs - something the S&D never had.
