The Midland Railway's diminutive '0F' class of 0-4-0 Tanks were designed by Richard Deeley for dock and yard shunting where tight radius curves might be encountered. Only ten were built, five in 1907 and another batch in 1921-2 with minor detail differences. They were all withdrawn between 1957 and 1966. No. 41535 of the later batch on a dreary June day in 1964 at Swansea East Dock. It will be withdrawn in October 1964. Note the warning bell fixed to the cab front!
