Showing the original station structures.
Peter Kerslake says "W22W is now based at Didcot home of the Great Western Society and just is one of the two GWR railcars preserved with W4W part of the National Collection at York. W22W was one of the third and final series of railcars, having been built at Swindon in 1937. The wedge shaped and angular bodywork distinguishing them from the more attractive Park Royal and Gloucester built designs, both of which featured a more attractive rounded appearance. In the mid 'fifties W22W was one of five allocated to Reading."
