With 41936 and 41936. No.50646 was withdrawn from Bedford in November 1958, having been moved their for trials on the Hitchin line. It was then stored at Badnall Wharf prior to scrapping at Albert Loom's, Spondon in July 1959. It is seen here complete with its 14E shedplate, smokebox numberplate and even its builders plate.
