A pair of Webb L&NWR 'Coal Tank' 0-6-2 Tanks are double-heading a train for Merthyr at Abergavenny Junction Station. The pilot loco is unknown but the train engine is No.615 built in February 1883 and withdrawn in January 1948 as LMS No. 27648.
