Taking the L & Y line towards Wakefield past Lockes Sidings L&Y signal box. Goose Hill Junction is in the haze of the photo (top right) along with Goose Hill Jct SB and all the signals & crossovers you would expect on a Midland 4 track main line.
St. Johns Colliery is hidden by the smoke from the B1. The 4-way and tandem pointwork leading to the colliery sidings is very impressive.
