8100 1961-07-09 Leamington

Although there were only ten of the 81xx 2-6-2Ts, two of them spent time at Leamington. No.8100 was there the longest and when pictured on 9th July 1961 had just over a year left in traffic. It was built using the frames of the pioneer Churchward 2-6-2T which had started out as No.99 in 1903 before becoming No.3100 in 1912 and then No.5100 in 1929.
