Eleven locomotives are seen in this August 1965 panorama at Ayr MPD. An interesting mix includes a Thompson 'B1', a Hughes/Fowler 'Crab', a pair of Stanier 'Black 5's' (including 44791) and a solitary '08' diesel shunter (D3008).
