It must have been a reliable favourite of Carnforth shed - it was often rostered for passenger workings in 1967, here it is off to Barrow in Furness. The leading vehicle is a Stanier 'porthole' brake third in BR blue and grey, for some reason it was only the brake thirds that seemed to be repainted in the new livery.
