Stanier 'Black Five' No.45238 from Cricklewood rushes through Finedon on 16th June 1961 with a down Fitted Freight. It was one of 227 engines built by the Newcastle firm Armstrong Whitworth for the LMS in 1936/7 under the largest single locomotive order ever placed by a British railway.
