Standing withdrawn in the remains of its home with the rods off and a choc under the tender wheels 44964 is waiting to move to its new owners, Cashmore's at Great Bridge which would be ashort encounter. Despite being reported as having a damaged buffer beam it made it to Wednesbury on March 2nd 1968 and was observed at Cashmore's on 10th - never to be seen again.
