On the 5.40pm Manchester Victoria to Blackburn running under express head lamps. It looks like a 3 coach Stanier rake of coaches with a non corridor strengthener added. I would have thought this would have been a DMU turn by this date so perhaps it is covering for a failure or a general shortage of DMUs
