BR Peppercorn 'A1' class 4-6-2 No. 60121 'Silurian'. Built at Doncaster in December 1948 and withdrawn in October 1965. The remaining 'A1s' became regular visitors to Healey Mills yard in 1965 on freights from Dringhouses. Returning, York's 'Silurian' is seen under Storrs Hill Road Bridge (a level crossing in L&Y days) out of Healey Mills marshalling yard. The famous 'Slazenger' sports goods factory and water tower at Horbury Bridge is seen beyond the colour light signal.
