Down Queen of Scots.

Thanks to Tony Saville who identifies the exact location "Between Grove Rd level crossing and the Eaton Wood overbridge the was (and still is) an occupation crossing. In steam days there was a gate keeper and his gatekeepers cottage on the ‘down’ side. This photo was taken from that occupation crossing, note the Eaton Wood Overbridge in the distance .
