On a dreary day in 1961, 'Kittiwake' is accelerating through Hornsey Station with a down express. The well cared-for platform, freshly edged with whitewash is a credit to the station staff. BR Peppercorn 'A1' 4-6-2 No. 60120 was built at Doncaster in Dec. 1948 and withdrawn in Jan. 1964
