The distinctive spire of St. James's Church dominates the south end of Doncaster Station as 'Patrick Stirling' rolls through with a down express in 1959. BR Peppercorn A1 No. 60119 was built at Doncaster in Nov. 1948 and was withdrawn in May 1964. Note the Doncaster Corporation trolleybus on St. James's bridge.
