Tony Saville adds "She is on the ‘up’ and just about to pass through Retford Station. The picture is looking North and the lines to Whisker Hill Jct (and on to Worksop and beyond) can be seen curving away to the West. These tracks had a ‘flat crossing’ with the lines accessing Retford GN MPD, and that building stands to this day albeit in industrial use."
