GWR County class 4-4-0 No 3816 County of Leicester at Swindon shed coupled with the bogie tender from The Great Bear in c1927.

Peter Kerslake says "The G.W.R 's only eight wheeled bogie tender weighed over 45 tons with a water capacity of 3500 gallons, following The Great Bear's withdrawal in 1924 was coupled to a number of locomotives including 3816 until taken out of service in 1936, outliving 111 by twelve years!"
